1. What we collect

Your account details (email), the website address you submit, and the publicly available content of that site that we analyse to produce your audit and plan. If you connect Google Search Console, Analytics, or a Business Profile, we access the data you authorise — only to show it back to you and inform your plan.

2. How we use it

To run your audit, build and execute your SEO plan, and operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data. We don't use one customer's private data to benefit another — every workspace is isolated.

3. Sharing

We use trusted service providers (for hosting, authentication, and AI processing) strictly to deliver the service. They process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.

4. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. To delete your account and associated data, email us and we'll remove it. If you're in a region with data-protection laws (e.g. GDPR/PIPEDA), those rights apply to you.

5. Connected Google data

Access to Google services is optional and revocable. We request the minimum scopes needed, store tokens encrypted, and use the data only to power your dashboard and plan. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

6. Cookies

We only set cookies that are strictly necessary to run the service — keeping you signed in and keeping your session secure. We don't set advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie-consent pop-up. If that ever changes, we'll ask for your consent first.

7. Security

Credentials and tokens are encrypted, access is tenant-isolated, and changes to your site are logged and reversible.
