1. What Aewise does

Aewise audits your website, builds an SEO plan, and — on paid plans, with your approval — carries out SEO work on your site and off-site. You stay in control: nothing is published or changed on your site without your approval, and every change we make is logged and reversible.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. The free plan is offered as-is and may change over time.

3. Authorisation to analyse your site

By entering a website address you confirm you own it or are authorised to request an audit of it. We fetch and analyse publicly available pages of that site. We don't crawl private, internal, or third-party sites you're not authorised to submit.

4. Results are not guaranteed

SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (search engines, competitors, your market). We frame results as likelihoods, never guarantees, and we never promise a specific ranking. Findings are labelled by confidence (Confirmed, Likely, Directional, Estimated, Not verified) so you always know how sure we are.

5. Your content and data

Your site, your content, and your data remain yours. We process them only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Paid plans

Some features require a paid plan. Pricing and billing terms will be presented before you are charged. You can stop using the service at any time.

7. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't automatically refund partial periods; if something went wrong — a billing mistake, double charge, or the service didn't work as described — email us and we'll make it right, including a refund where that's the fair outcome.
